The Duke of Gordon Hotel
With its origins in the eighteenth century, The Duke of Gordon was originally built as a stopover for passengers travelling by stagecoach to Inverness and the north of Scotland. At this traditional hotel the log fire in the Oak Hall welcomes guests in and all rooms have en-suite facilities, hospitality trays and televisions. The elegant dining room has plaster ceilings and paintings depicting local scenes and folklore. Live entertainment and dancing are offered most evenings in the ballroom and the Ghillies Lounger Bar is open daily with a selection of Speyside malt whiskies and meals served between 12 noon and 8pm. There is free Wi-fi throughout the hotel. The facilities and atmosphere experienced at the “Duke” , together with the hospitality and welcome extended by our staff make this the ideal place to stay when visiting the Highlands.
