Walkfest 2015 - Walks

1- Join us at RSPB Insh Marshes National Nature Reserve for a unique walk though one of the UKs most important wetlands, a view of Badenoch that few have had the opportunity to enjoy. Join the warden and site expert who will interpret the landscape and wildlife all around you while helping you navigate a path through the marsh. Spring is a wonderful vocal time to visit the Marshes, displaying Lapwing, Red Shank and Curlew, create a constant sound track for your journey across the Marshes. 4-5 hours. 2 - From the Aviemore Water Works via the new section of the Speyside Way and then the
Badenoch Way to Kingussie. All day.
3 - A mountain walk, grade difﬁcult - with mountain leader - all day
4 - Walking to Health; 40 minutes, easy pace on the ﬂat
5 -The Nippers: Fun for accompanied children : The walk this year - Tiny and Colourful Walk - will be led by a Highland Council Countryside Ranger, meeting at RSPB Insh Marshes Car Park at 10.30am.
