On the ground floor immediately to the right of the front door is a double room with its own TV and ensuite shower room. This room is also accessible for wheelchair users, with additional grab rails in the shower room (static and pull down) and a shower seat. The owners live in a ground floor flat through a door to the left. This door is always kept locked, but if you need anything during your stay, just knock!

The first floor is accessed by stairs which have the added bonus of a stair lift for those guests who find stairs difficult or impossible to use.

At the top of the stairs to the left are two bedrooms - a twin and a double.

The lounge/dining room completes the accommodation. There are TV(satelllite), video and DVD player, CD, audiocassette and turntable for a collection of vinyl records, with leather lounge suite and a beautifully handcrafted oak dining table with six chairs. This affords lovely views over the Spey and at night the illuminated Ruthven Barracks. A selection of books and games are available so you can make yourselves truly at home in front of the real coal fire.
