Cookery Workshops for young people aged 8-12yrs will be held at Kingussie High School

One day (10am-5.30pm) workshops as follows:

The next workshops will be over the October half term from 9th - 27th October 2009 (dates to be confirmed)

Timetable for the days as follows:

10am:    Start - short intro on kitchen hygiene

            Baking bread (one to be eaten with lunch)

            Preparation of lunch

1pm:    Students eat lunch (outdoors weather permitting)

2pm:    Prepare main course dish to take home with bread to enjoy with family

4.30pm:    Break combined with gathering of recipes, cleaning etc

5pm:    Finish

 

The cost of tuition is FREE but there is a charges to cover the cost of ingredients
