Amidst the glorious scenery of the Cairngorm National Park, this 200 year old farm steading has been painstakingly restored.  Handcrafted furniture adorns its very comfortable interior and it enjoys open views to the mountains and shared use of a large garden.  

Just three quarters of a mile from the small Highland town of Kingussie, 1 mile from 18 hole golf course, 6 miles from beach and watersports centre and central for many visitor attractions. 

The spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area has a feature vaulted ceiling, high velux windows and wooden beams.  Wooden floors run through the public rooms.  There is a bright modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, plenty of cupboard space and views to Ruthven Barracks Historic Monument, stunningly floodlit at night. 

From the living room, the patio doors open out onto a deck with patio furniture and BBQ. 

There is one double bedroom with ensuite shower/basin/WC and a twin bedroom with shower/basin/WC.  Both bedrooms have bedside cabinets, dressing tables and plenty of wardrobe space.
