Benula is a traditional Victorian stone house providing comfortable sleeping accommodation for up to 8 adults. 

It is situated on the high ground to the north of Kingussie, near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac,  It sits in its own grounds, laid out mainly with lawns and there are fields behind with a footpath giving access to woodland walks. 

The golf course is nearby and the shops and restaurants of Kingussie are a short walk from the house.  A gravelled area provides off-street parking for 4 cars and a lockable outbuilding can be used for ski or mountain bike storage.

• Large kitchen, fully equipped with modern facilities
• Study/family room (with sofabed, available by prior arrangement)

 A cot and highchair are available by prior arrangement

Heating by electricity is included and linen (not towels) is provided
