We are one of forty-three pharmacies contracted to provide

NHS pharmacy services in the Highland area

Some of the services we provide are:

LIVING AIDS – We stock or can obtain within 48 hours, products ranging from long-handled toe nail scissors, to bath seats, to wheelchairs.

OXYGEN THERAPY – We supply oxygen equipment prescribed by the doctor.  This enables patients to stay at home who would normally have to be kept in hospital.  We can provide a full support service to any holidaymaker visiting the area and deliver oxygen to your hotel.

NEBULISERS – We can supply nebulising equipment for patients who have asthma or breathing problems.  Nebulisers are not available on the NHS and there is a charge for this equipment.

MEDICINE MANAGEMENT – In consultation with your doctor, we can offer a weekly dossette box containing daily doses of medication.  This can assist either patients or carers in making sure that the correct medicine is taken at the right time and on the correct days.

REPEAT PRESCRIBING – Requests for repeat prescriptions should be made to the surgery.  48 hours notice is required for repeat prescriptions.  Requests made before 11.00 am on a weekday should be ready for collection 48 hours later.  Remember to allow extra time at weekends.

FIRST AID – We carry a range of items for the home but can also supply offices, shop and factories.

OUT OF HOURS – The on-call doctor will contact the pharmacist if urgent medication is required.

NON-PHARMACEUTICAL ITEMS – In addition to the normal range of products sold from pharmacies, we have an extensive range of soft toys ranging in price from £5.00 to over £200.
