The Lochs of Badenoch and Strathspey provide water sports enthusiasts with a choice of sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and rowing. Loch Insh, the closest to Kingussie about 5 miles north of the town, and Loch Morlich at the foot of the Cairngorms both provide boat hire and full instruction packages.
