The cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Insh in the valley of the River Spey with the Cairngorm Mountains on one side and the Monadhliath Mountains to the west.
The cottage adjoins the famous RSPB Insh Marshes Bird Reserve.The area is very scenic and perfect for walking. There are several good golf courses nearby.Fishing available. Three miles from the beautiful Loch Insh - a haven for watersports enthusiasts.
