4-Star luxury cottage with two bedrooms/bathrooms,sleeping four amidst the glorious scenery of the Cairngorm National Park.This 200 year old farm steading has been painstakingly restored.Handcrafted furniture adorns its comfatable interior and it enjoys open views to the mountains and large tree lined garden.

The spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area has a feature vaulted ceiling, high velux windows and wooden beams. Wooden floors run through the public rooms. There is a bright modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, plenty of cupboard space and views to Ruthven Barracks Historic Monument, stunningly floodlit at night.

From the living room, the patio doors open out onto a deck with patio furniture and BBQ.

There is one double bedroom with ensuite shower/basin/WC and a twin bedroom with shower/basin/WC. Both bedrooms have bedside cabinets, dressing tables and plenty of wardrobe space.
